Info: Masterson began his life in the limelight at the age of four when he was a child model for magazines, and began appearing in TV commercials at age five. He appeared in Broadway musicals by the time he was eight, and also began acting around this time, too. In the 1990s, Masterson appeared in Beethoven's 2nd, and had roles on the TV sitcoms Cybill and Roseanne.

When he first auditioned for That '70s Show, the original casting director Debby Romano thought he was too old to be part of the cast, but she changed her mind when she discovered how funny he was, and he was cast as the character Steven Hyde. Masterson appeared in all eight seasons of That '70s Show, and this role led to more frequent movie and TV roles.

Trivia: Is of Irish descent. His stepfather, Joe Reaiche, played professional rugby league on the Australian National Rugby League's Sydney City Roosters.

Has a younger brother, Christopher Masterson.

Where Are They Now: Masterson starred with his real-life fiance Bijou Phillips in the 2009 drama The Bridge to Nowhere. He portrays the high-profile American social activist Jerry Rubin in the upcoming film, The Chicago 8, based on the actual Chicago Eight in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It is set to be released October 23, 2011.

Masterson also works as a DJ at Los Angeles night clubs under the name DJ Mom Jeans, formerly DJ Donkey Punch. The name DJ Mom Jeans comes from That '70s Show when Mila Kunis and Laura Prepon had to wear mom jeans regularly and he would make fun of them.

He has played at the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He co-hosted a Monday night radio show titled Feel My Heat with nightlife impresario Breant Bolthouse, which was on Indie 103.1 in Los Angeles for six years. It was canceled in 2008.

Masterson has found success in business. He owns or co-owns eleven restaurants, including a Korean barbeque restaurant called Shin located in Los Angeles, and a lounge and bar in Park City, Utah called Downstairs. He often visits Park City to vacation and DJ at Downstairs. He also owns a boutique called Confederacy (located at 4661 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA) with longtime friend Ilaria Urbinati.

He is also a well-known poker enthusiast, and has hosted celebrity poker events, such as the Phat Farm Stuff Casino Weekend Poker Tournament. Masterson, his brother Chris, and his That '70s Show costar Laura Prepon are all investors in Card Player Magazine.

Masterson is set to guest star in the second episode of the new season of USA's hit drama White Collar. The new season returns Tuesday, June 7.
