Claim To Fame: She is best known for her role as Laura Winslow on the television series Family Matters.

Family Life: She married Hannibal Jackson in September of this year.

Info: Williams got her start as a children's fashion model. She made appearances on stage and TV commercials before landing the role of Laura Winslow on Family Matters. Although their characters had a love-hate relationship on the show, in real life she and Jaleel White (Steve Urkel) were good friends.

Following her run on Family Matters, William made guest appearances on several television shows including Moesha, Girlfriends, and The Parkers. She made her feature-film debut in Suspect, which starred Cher and Dennis Quaid. She also appeared in Men Don't Leave, with Jessica Lange.

Trivia: Majored in psychology at UCLA (2000).

Member of Delta Sigma Theta sorority.

Didn't talk as a toddler, so her father enrolled her into a theater program, where she came out of her shell.

Ate lunch with her co-star Jaleel White every day, and they shared the same tutor on set.

Oldest of three children. She has a sister (Marti) and a brother (Donte).

Enjoys dancing and singing.

Was a special guest host for one of the Arts and Entertainment Network's most successful program, An Evening at the Improv.

Where Are They Now: She currently stars on the hit Style Network program Clean House. as a substitute for Nicey Nash. She also spends a lot of her time working with projects such as The Starlight Foundation International Youth Ambassador, Famous Phone Friends, Great Beginnings for Black Babies, and Hollywood for Children.
