Review: When a retired US Navy pilot (Kevin Costner) comes to Mexico, he falls in love with Miryea (Madeleine Stowe), the wife of a powerful businessman (Anthony Quinn). Their love brings on consequences that are undeniably cruel which puts them on a path of...Revenge. Love makes you do crazy, dangerous things. Tony Scott's dark, sexy, violent thriller features the director's trademarked rich visual style and stunning cinematography. The story is rather predictable, but performances are good and the visually, like all Tony Scott films, are amazing. 'Revenge' is not bad, but it could have had a more engaging story.
